It's easy to take for granted the safe feeling we have knowing the 'bad guys' are behind bars. But when they escape and could be anywhere, especially when you find out one of them was caught in Henry County, it really is too close for comfort.

Iowa State Penitentiary inmate, 25-year-old Justin Kestner, was missing at the 4:45 a.m. count and the Illinois State Police were called in just a couple hours later. Kesterner was serving a 10 year sentence for first degree theft out of Woodbury County.
