The Quad City Symphony Orchestra and 104.9 the Hawk present Riverfront Pops Saturday night at 6:30 at LeClaire Park. It's the music of Elton John conducted by Mark Russell Smith and starring Michael Cavanaugh. His career skyrocketed when he was handpicked by Billy Joel to star in the Broadway Musical Movin' Out, and this summer he's singing the music of the Rocket Man and more at Riverfront pops.
